We have an advisory board with expertise in various fields.
We have strong clinical support from Dr. Dickson
Cheung, a co-inventor of cVein™. Dr. Cheung was
previously on faculty at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center,
and is currently a practicing ER physician at Sky Ridge Medical
Center in Denver, CO. After completing his emergency medicine
training at Northwestern University, Dr. Cheung spent his first
four years practicing at Kaiser Permanente in Northern California.
Dr. Cheung has a special interest in international medicine and
process improvement. He obtained an MPH/MBA from Johns Hopkins
in 2006.
In addition, Dr. David Hellman,
the Chairman for the Department of Medicine at Johns Hopkins
Bayview Medical Center, is a co-investigator of our clinical
trials. For IP consultation, we have a patent attorneys
experienced in medical devices, start-up companies, and
the regulatory process. For financial guidance, we have
support from individuals who have over 35 years combined
experience in financing startups. |
